Pam's Macho Nachos

  1. Combine turkey, onion, and sweet pepper in a skillet.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes or until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Stir in beans and salsa; cook until heated through.
  5. Arrange half the chips on a 12-inch round microwave-safe platter.
  6. Spoon half the turkey mixture evenly over chips.
  7. Top with half the cheese.
  8. Microwave, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts, giving the dish a half-turn once.
  9. Top with guacamole dip and sliced ripe olives, if desired.
  10. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  11. Serve warm.
