A College Student's Egg Drop Soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch, and a tiny tad of water mixed with it (to thicken the soup)
- green onion (optional)
- 3 dashes soy sauce
- 0.5 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, noodle's chicken flavor package
- salt
- Pour chicken broth into a saucepan over med high heat.
- Add a few dashes of soy sauce to taste, and salt to taste.
- Allow the mixture to boil, and add the cornstarch mix with water to it, until the consistency you want for your soup is achieved.
- Add in Ramen Noodle Packet (If you would like a spicier soup, I suggest putting the whole package, but I make it with just half) .
- Take the mixture off the heat and immediately drizzle the egg from a fork into your mixture, while stirring in a circular motion.
- Add green onions on top and youre done!
