Peach Pineapple Pepper Salsa

  2. Combine all the ingredients, toss well, but gently to coat, cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
  3. A couple of hours would be even better.

  5. We spooned it over mahi and couscous, but it would go with chicken, pork, steak, vegetarian meals, rice I cant think of much that this wouldnt be great with.

bell peppers, peaches, pineapple, scallions, red pepper, honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt
