Aunt Marys Casserole
- 16 ounces, weight Box Small Sea Shell Pasta
- 1 pound Ground Sirloin (or Other Lean Ground Meat)
- 1 can 10.5oz Campbell's Or Healthy Choice Chicken Gumbo
- 1 can 10.5 Oz Campbells Vegetable Beef Soup (healthy Request If Available)
- 1 can 10.5 Oz Campbells Healthy Request Tomato Soup
- 1 can 10.5oz Campbells Healthy Request Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bag 8oz Cheddar Cheese Reduced Fat Or Regular
- In a large pot prepare pasta according to package directions.
- When done, drain the water and set pasta aside.
- While pasta is cooking brown ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked.
- Drain grease if necessary.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish combine the meat and pasta with all remaining ingredients (except the cheese).
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes covering with cheese in last 5 minutes.
- Serve with fresh ground black pepper
