Green Pepper Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook grnd chuck in a Dutch oven over medium heat till browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Set meat aside.
  4. Wipe Dutch oven with a paper towel; coat with cooking spray, and place over low heat till warm.
  5. Add in green pepper and onions, and saute/fry 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  6. Return meat to Dutch oven with garlic pwdr.
  7. Add in egg and next 5 ingredients, stirring till well combined.
  8. Spoon mix into a shallow 2-qt casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min or possibly till casserole is set.
  10. Yield: 6 servings.
