Tomato Basil Pasta(R T)

• 1 1/4 cups durum semolina flour
• 1 teaspoon basil dried
• 1/4 cup tomato juice

1. *NOTE: The original recipe called for 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil OPTIONAL for the extruder and (0) by hand.
2. I always eliminate the oil when making pasta.
