Egg Custard Pie Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Pie shell
- Bake pie shell 3 to 4 min at 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 1 minute.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees till center is set and doesn't wiggle, 40 to 50 min.
