Hamburger Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cubed potato
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- salt & pepper
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Transfer to a 5-qt.
- slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook on high for 8 hours or until heated through.
