Beef Burgundy A La Pat Recipe

  1. Combine beef, mushroom soup and soup fold in casserole dish.
  2. Cover and cook for 4 hrs at 325F.
  3. Add in mushrooms and cook 10 min longer.
  4. Before serving, pour in the burgundy.
  5. Serve with rice, green salad and French bread.
