Spicy Tomato Sauce

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons chili, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 red capsicum, seeded and chopped
• 850 g canned tomatoes
• salt and pepper

1. Heat oil in frying pan.
2. Saute onion, chilli and garlic until tender.
3. Stir in capsicum.
4. Cook 3 minutes.
5. Blend in tomatoes.
6. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
