Spicy Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red capsicum, seeded and chopped
- 850 g canned tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Saute onion, chilli and garlic until tender.
- Stir in capsicum.
- Cook 3 minutes.
- Blend in tomatoes.
- Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
