Egg White Torte Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites and vanilla till foamy.
  2. Gradually add in 1 c. sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
  3. Mix together nuts, crackers and baking pwdr.
  4. Fold into egg whites.
  5. Spread into greased 9 inch pie plate.
  6. Bake on 300 degrees about 40 min or possibly till dry on outside.
  7. Just before serving, whip cream.
  8. Spread over torte.
  9. Don't add in sugar into cream, since the crust is quite sweet.
