Beef And Cheese Casserole

  1. Cook beef until browned; drain fat.
  2. Add pepper and onions. Cook until tender.
  3. Stir in everything else except cheese.
  4. Spoon half of the meat mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Top with half of the cheese.
  6. Spoon remaining meat mixture over cheese.
  7. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  8. Top with remaining cheese.
  9. Let stand loosely covered until cheese melts.
  10. Serves 8 to 10.
