Fisherman's Pie
- 1 cup cooked flaked fish
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 shallot (or 1 t. chopped chives)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 13 cup milk
- salt and pepper

- Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley.
- Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Put into a sprayed pie dish.
- Dot surface with more butter.
- Bake at 350 until hot and brown.
