Fisherman's Pie

  1. Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley.
  2. Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Put into a sprayed pie dish.
  5. Dot surface with more butter.
  6. Bake at 350 until hot and brown.
