The Best (And One of the Easiest) Peanut Butter Cookies! (Kisses

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 36 Hershey chocolate kisses (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
3. Add the eggs and peanut butter.
4. Stir well.
5. Add the flour and baking soda.
6. Mix well.
7. Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and put them two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
8. Flatten the cookies by making a criss-cross design using a fork, first pressing horizontally, then vertically (or vice-versa).
9. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
10. Cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes and then transplant the cookies to a plate.
11. Optional: If desired, press a Hershey's Kiss on the center of each cookie as soon as they are removed from the oven.
