Ice cream with dates and cognac recipe
- 500 g (17.6oz) vanilla ice cream
- 100 g (3.5oz) dates
- 100 ml (3.5fl oz) cognac
- Leave the dates in the cognac, at room temperature, for 2-3 hours, to let it soak in.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes.
- Take the dates out of the cognac.
- Remove the seeds from the dates and cut the dates into small cubes.
- Mix the cubed dates into the ice cream and serve.
