Quick Gourmet Chicken Sandwiches.

  1. lightly add dressing to chicken breast, and either bake at 425 till firm when hit with a knife, or fry on stove, till edges are slightly browned and crisp.
  2. slice bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes, and cook in medium sized pan with oil, or dressing, till dark and limp.
  3. mix mayo, horseradish, and dressing in equal parts, and coat both sides of rolls, or subs.
  4. place hot chicken breasts, followed by cooked veggies, topped with cheese slices.
  5. Allow cheese to melt.
  6. enjoy!
  7. *alternatively, if you like more crunch, cook chicken, then top with UNCOOKED veggies and cheese, then wrap in foil and place in oven for five to six minutes.
