Quick Gourmet Chicken Sandwiches.
- 6 Chicken Breasts.
- 1 Red Bell Pepper.
- 1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper.
- 1 packages sliced havarti or muenster cheese.
- 1 packages of sandwhich roles, or subs.
- 1 packages sundried tomatoes.
- 1 mayo
- 1 horseradish
- 1 your favorite salad dressing.
- lightly add dressing to chicken breast, and either bake at 425 till firm when hit with a knife, or fry on stove, till edges are slightly browned and crisp.
- slice bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes, and cook in medium sized pan with oil, or dressing, till dark and limp.
- mix mayo, horseradish, and dressing in equal parts, and coat both sides of rolls, or subs.
- place hot chicken breasts, followed by cooked veggies, topped with cheese slices.
- Allow cheese to melt.
- enjoy!
- *alternatively, if you like more crunch, cook chicken, then top with UNCOOKED veggies and cheese, then wrap in foil and place in oven for five to six minutes.
