Hamburger, Noodle, Corn Hotdish Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 c. minced onion or possibly 1/8 c. minced dry onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can of water
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- Brown hamburger with onion, salt, and pepper stirring frequently, drain.
- Meanwhile, according to package directions, cook noodles.
- Drain noodles.
- Mix hamburger, noodles, corn, soup, water and celery salt together.
- Spoon into casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Yield: 6 servings.
