Deep-Dish Pear Raisin Pie for One

  1. In bowl mix well pear, raisins, sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice.
  2. Turn into greased 10-ounce baking cup.
  3. Cover with pastry circle or sprinkle on preferred topping.
  4. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden.
  5. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
  6. PASTRY:.
  7. Cut 1 tablespoon shortening into 3 tablespoons flour and dash of salt.
  8. With fork stir in 1 teaspoon cold water.
  9. Gather in ball.
  10. Roll out floured surface to 5 1/2- inch circle.
  11. Place over fruit in baking cup; crimp edges and cut slits in crust.
  12. GRANOLA TOPPING:.
  13. Mix well 2 tablespoons granola and 1 1/2 teaspoons softened butter or margarine.
  14. CEREAL TOPPING:.
  15. Mix well 2 tablespoons crushed cereal flakes, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine.
