Uncle Brian's Doughnuts

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Add to cream mixture alternatly with the milk.
  4. Roll, in batches , about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut into doughnut shapes.
  6. Fry in fat 365 degrees.
  7. Flip when golden brown and continue cookng.
  8. Remove form fat, drain on a rack and while still warm roll in sugar.
