honey and yogurt fruit salad
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 large oranges peeled and cut
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 cup watermelon chopped
- 1 can peaches
- 1 cup Red seedless grapes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- mix fruit together in your serving bowls
- mix honey, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
- drizzle over fruit and serve
- You can also use the honey/yogurt as dip and not choose to pour over top of your fruit.
- NOTE**u can sub the honey for peanut butter
