Eggs in Fiery Tomatoes

  1. Cook and stir bacon in medium skillet until crisp.
  2. Stir in next 3 ingredients; bring to boil.
  3. Crack eggs into tomato mixture; cover.
  4. Cook, without stirring, 3 min.
  5. or until yolks begin to thicken and whites are completely set.
  6. Serve on tostada shells.
