Grilled Red Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes till tender.
  2. After boiling potatoes chill them in iced water for a few minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except butter.
  4. Lay out some foil shaped as a rectangle with sides up about 1/2 inch (I use tupperware as a mold), wipe the foil with oil to prevent sticking and layer some of the mix down and top with parts of butter.
  5. Lay down a second layer and top with parts of butter.
  6. Finish with a third later and butter.
  7. Wrap tightly with foil.
  8. Cook on grill over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes each side.
