Sandys Goulash

  1. Brown meat in oil, remove and add onions and garlic to pan.
  2. Saute until transparent, remove.
  3. Stir in flour, add marjoram, paprika, salt & pepper, tomato soup and stock.
  4. Return meat and onions, simmer gently 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Add capsicum during last 1/2 hour.
  6. Stir sour cream through in marbled effect and serve with rice or wide noodles.
