Hakka Style Chili Chicken

  1. Toss chicken with 1 tsp.
  2. corn starch and 1 Tbsp.
  3. soy sauce; set aside.
  4. Mix dressing, water, garam masala, remaining corn starch and soy sauce until blended.
  5. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add yellow onions, ginger, garlic and half the chilis; cook and stir 5 min.
  7. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  8. Add chicken; cook and stir 9 to 10 min.
  9. or until done.
  10. Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec.
  11. or until sauce comes to boil and thickens.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Stir in remaining chilis, green onions, coriander and lemon juice.
