Buccaneer Tilapia

  1. Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets.
  2. Cover filets in cajun spices.
  3. Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high.
  4. Add olive oil and saute shrimp in remains of the filets.
  5. For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot.
  6. Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted.
  7. Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening.
  8. Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
