Buccaneer Tilapia
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 16 shrimp
- cajun spices
- olive oil
- oregano
- lemon juice
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets.
- Cover filets in cajun spices.
- Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high.
- Add olive oil and saute shrimp in remains of the filets.
- For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot.
- Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted.
- Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening.
- Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
