Sauteed Red Snapper Recipe

  1. Lightly grease a baking pan.
  2. Place snapper fillets in pan, side by side.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover with mushrooms and onions and 1/4 c. butter.
  5. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
  6. Cover and bake for 15 to 20 min at 400 degrees.
