Sauteed Red Snapper Recipe
- Snapper fillets
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedge
- Lightly grease a baking pan.
- Place snapper fillets in pan, side by side.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with mushrooms and onions and 1/4 c. butter.
- Top with a squeeze of lemon.
- Cover and bake for 15 to 20 min at 400 degrees.
