Cod a la Meuniere with Mustard Sauce

  1. Wipe off the excess water from the cod, sprinkle with salt, and coat with the flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the cod.
  3. Flip, sprinkle with sake, and cover with a lid to steam-fry.
  4. Serve the cod on a plate.
  5. Add all the sauce ingredients into the pan and stir.
  6. Turn on the heat, let the liquid evaporate, then the sauce is ready.
  7. Pour the sauce over the cod, serve with vegetables and you're all done.
