Vermont Spinach Pear Salad

  1. Place spinach on plate.
  2. Place red onion sparingly over salad.
  3. Place 4 pear slices on each salad.
  4. Sprinkle goat cheese and pecans on top.
  5. Garnish with black pepper.
  6. Top with vinaigrette, to taste.
