Parfait of Herring

  1. Dice the herring fillets into tiny cubes the size of the tip of your finger.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into a bread-tin.
  4. Place in the freezer for 24 hours.
  5. Slice and serve with boiled potatoes and sour-dough bread, if desired.
