Ground Meat Cutlets with Lots of Cabbage
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 2 handfuls, finely chopped Cabbage
- 1 Egg
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Panko
- 1 Tempura flour
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Combine cabbage, meat, egg, salt, pepper, and a handful of panko in a bowl.
- Roll mixture in to flat patties.
- Coat in a batter of tempura flour dissolved in water, then the panko.
- Deep fry the cutlet.
