Ground Meat Cutlets with Lots of Cabbage

  1. Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Combine cabbage, meat, egg, salt, pepper, and a handful of panko in a bowl.
  3. Roll mixture in to flat patties.
  4. Coat in a batter of tempura flour dissolved in water, then the panko.
  5. Deep fry the cutlet.
