Arugula and Strawberry Salad

  1. Toast walnuts in a small dry skillet over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and aromatic, about 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a salad bowl, let cool slightly.
  3. Add arugula, strawberries, Parmesan.
  4. Sprinkle vinegar and oil over the salad; toss gently.
  5. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Serve.
