Cake Decorator's Icing Recipe

• 1/2 c. Crisco, (1/2 to 3/4)
• 1/4 c. Water
• 1 Tbsp. Meringue pwdr
• 1 lb Box powdered sugar
• 1/4 c. Sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add in Crisco and liquids.
3. Mix with electric mixer till smooth and fluffy.
4. Add in food coloring if you like.
5. Sufficient icing for a cake.
6. Double recipe if more is needed for elaborate decorating.
