Chili Dip

  1. Brown the meat and drain.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of water to the meat.
  3. Add green pepper and onions; brown.
  4. Melt cream cheese on low flame.
  5. Add tomato paste; mix chili seasoning with 3/4 cup water.
  6. Add beans and cheese.
  7. Cook on low in crock pot for 1-2 hours.
  8. Serve warm with taco chips or Fritos.
