Energy Health Bars

  1. Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands.
  3. Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan.
  4. Bake at 300 deg.
  5. for 20-30 minute.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
