Peanut Hoisin Dip

  1. In a food processor, coarsley chop scallion.
  2. Add peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and tabasco.
  3. Process untill smooth.
  4. This sauce keeps well, covered and refrigerated , for 2 weeks.
