Five-Minute Dip
- 19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 cup fat free ranch dressing
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
- Blend until desired consistency.
- Lental Dip: Use lentals instead of beans.
- Use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
