Spinach and Garlic Linguine
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) linguine
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic (at least, but the more the better)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sliced Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 to 2 bunch fresh spinach, stemmed and cleaned
- Shredded chicken
- Shrimp
- Tomatoes
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- 1.
- Saute garlic and olive oil.
- 2.
- Add butter to garlic till melted.
- 3.
- Slowly pour heavy cream stirring constantly.
- 4.
- Add Parmesan and stir well.
- 5.
- Add Shiitake mushrooms and spinach.
- 6.
- Add linguine to mixture and toss.
- 7.
- Add optionals....ENJOY!
