  1. PEEL AND THIN SLICE THE APPLES.
  2. SHRED THE CHEDDAR CHEESE.
  3. IN A LARGE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MELT THE BUTTER.
  4. ADD APPLES AND COVER.
  5. COOK AND STIR FOR 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL APPLES ARE ALMOST TENDER.
  6. STIR IN BROWN SUGAR AND APPLE SPICE.
  7. COOK AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL APPLES ARE TENDER AND GLAZED.
  8. MEANWHILE, IN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK THE SAUSAGES: DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELING.
  9. DIVIDE INGREDIENTS IN HALF.
  10. FOR EACH PIZZA, COVER THE CRUST WITH 1 1/2 CUPS CHEESE.
  11. SPREAD WITH APPLES.
  12. BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 5 MINUTES.
  13. ADD SAUSAGES AND 1/2 CUP CHEESE ON TOP.
  14. BAKE FOR 5 MINUTES LONGER.
  15. ** NOTE: MAKE YOUR OWN APPLE PIE SPICE.
  16. MIX 3 TBSP.
  17. CINNAMON, 1 TBSP.
  18. NUTMEG AND 1 TBSP.
  19. ALLSPICE.
