8 Layer Bean Casserole Recipe
- 2 can fat-free refried beans
- 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
- 11/2 c. picante sauce
- 1/2 c. onion chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper chopped
- 1 can minced green chilies (4 ounce)
- 8 ounce fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt chili seasoning mix
- 2 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. green onion minced
- 1/2 c. tomatoes minced
- In a casserole baking dish, make layers of Beans, cream cheese, picante sauce, onion, pepper, chilies, Mix lowfat sour cream with chili seasoning mix, use as one layer.
- top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- If cheese starts to brown too much.
- cover with foil till beans are warm.
- Out of the oven, Top with Minced Green onions and Tomatoes.
