Ham 'N Swiss Pie Recipe
- 2 c. cut up ham, fully cooked
- 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese, about 4 ounce.
- 1/3 c. minced green onions or possibly minced onion
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, if you like
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease pie plate (use deep pie plate).
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients till smooth.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake till golden and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 min.
- Cold 5 min before serving.
- Serves 6.
