Lean Chicken Burger

  1. Place the chicken mince, onion and tomato paste in a bowl.
  2. season according to taste and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape into a patty about 1cm thick.
  4. Heat a large non-stick fry pan and spray lighty with oil.
  5. Cook patties over medium high heat for 3 minutes each side.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cook pinapple slices for 1 minute, turing once.
  8. Assemble burger.
  9. Serve hot.
