Sarah's Magic Mixed fruit upside down cake

  1. Grease pan with butter.
  2. Put fruit in bottom of pan
  3. Mix all other ingredients together well until batter becomes smooth
  4. Spoon batter over fruit and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F
  6. Take from oven and immediately flip pan over onto a plate.
  7. Carefully lift pan from plate to reveal the now Upside down cake!
