Microwave Sirloin Steak Recipe

• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 1/2 pound boneless sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
• Mushroom-onion sauce, onion-butter sauce or possibly lowfat sour cream sauce

1. Preheat Sizzlin' skillet in microwave oven at high for 6 1/2 min.
2. Place butter on preheated skillet to heat.
3. Spread proportionately across surface.
4. Place steak on skillet.
5. Microwave at high 4 min, turn steak over.
6. Microwave till medium-rare doneness, 3 to 4 min longer.
7. Serve with 1 of the sauces.
