Swiss Cheese Soup

  1. Put first 7 ingredients in pot.
  2. Cook until veggies are done.
  3. Melt butter in small sauce pan add flour.
  4. Stir until it turns brown.
  5. Add to soup.
  6. Sprinkle with the swiss cheese once it is served.
