Swiss Cheese Soup
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
- 3 (15 ounce) cans water
- 2 large onions
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cups celery
- 8 large sliced mushrooms
- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup flour
- 13 cup parsley
- swiss cheese
- salt and pepper
- Put first 7 ingredients in pot.
- Cook until veggies are done.
- Melt butter in small sauce pan add flour.
- Stir until it turns brown.
- Add to soup.
- Sprinkle with the swiss cheese once it is served.
