Batter For Deep Frying Foods Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp oil
- Mix all together and blend till there are no lumps.
- Preheat oil.
- Dry food with paper towel and dip into batter.
- Place in warm oil one piece at a time.
- Try to keep pcs from colliding.
- Cook till batter has turned golden.
- Remove to a paper towel to drain.
