My Take on Mom's Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape into loaf; place in a 11-in x 7 in baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or until no pink remains an a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
