VELVEETA Barbecue Chicken Pizza
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 3/4 lb.), cut into thin strips
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)
- 1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Mild Cheddar Flavor Shredded Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese Food
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken, green pepper and onion; cook on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Place crust on cookie sheet.
- Spread with barbecue sauce.
- Top with chicken mixture and process cheese food.
- Bake at 375F for 12 to 15 minutes until process cheese food is melted and crust is golden brown.
