Sauteed Broccoli Rabe with Crushed Red Pepper

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add sugar and red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli rabe and vinegar.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until wilted.
  6. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
