Orange-Pineapple Gelatin

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 2 cups; set aside.
  3. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Stir in pineapple liquid.
  6. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  7. Gently stir in pineapple chunks and oranges.
  8. Spoon into serving bowl.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
