Salsa Fresca Recipe
- 4 sm. tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 jalapeno chili, seed, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, chili and avocado.
- Add in olive, vinegar, lime juice, oregano and salt.
- Mix well.
- Let sauce stand 2 hrs or possibly more to blend flavors.
- OPTIONAL: Chopped fresh cilantro.
